RegEdit Doesn’t find it. But not always so! Alternately Disable them one at a time to find the culprit. Even tho you haven’t had an answer over there, the practice takes up time of volunteers that could be helping others.
Hope that all modules are identical, or at least the one with the red shield is the slower module, in “Bank 0 Slot 0”! A list of Browser Helper Objects will be listed. And yes, it looks like these are all Dual’s. I note in your photo that one memory module has a different heat spreader. The computer is reading only 1gig.
